Analisis Asuhan Keperawatan Pada Pasien Dengan Gastritis Dengan Pemberian Intervensi Kompres Air Hangat Di Kelurahan Lepo-Lepo

Abstract

Gastritis juga bisa menyebabkan nyeri, nyeri pada pasien gastritis yang dirasakan disebabkan oleh impuls yang berasal dari saluran cerna akibat peradangan atau pembengkakan, nyeri yang hilang timbul dan terasa seperti ditusuk. salah satu terapi non farmakologis yang bisa digunakan untuk menurunkan nyeri yaitu kompres air hangat. Kompres air hangat merupakan salah satu tindakan yang efektif untuk meredakan nyeri dengan mengurangi spasme otot, merangsang nyeri, menyebabkan vasodlatasi, dan peningkatan aliran darah, pembuluh darah akan melebar dan memperbaiki peredaran darah dalam jaringan tersebut.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan analisis asuhan keperawatan dengan masalah gastritis pada Tn. T dengan intervensi pemberian kompres air hangat. Pengkajian dilaksanakan dengan wawancara dan observasi serta pemeriksaan fisik dan didapatkan diagnose keperawatan yaitu nyeri akut berhubungan dengan inflamasi mukosa lambung (D.0077), ansietas b/d perubahan status kesehatan ancaman kematian dan nyeri (D.0015), defisit pengetahuan berhubungan dengan keluarga kurang terpapar informasi, implementasi dilaksanakan di rumah klien selama 3 hari dengan pemberian kompres air hangat untuk mengurangi nyeri. Intervensi kompres air hangat terapi home care bisa menjadi alternatif untuk mengurangi nyeri pasien gastritis

Absctract. Background: Gastritis can also cause pain. The pain experienced by gastritis patients is caused by impulses originating from the gastrointestinal tract due to inflammation or swelling, with pain that comes and goes and feels like a stabbing sensation. One non-pharmacological therapy that can be used to reduce pain is warm water compresses. A warm water compress is an effective measure for relieving pain by reducing muscle spasms, stimulating pain, causing vasodilation, and increasing blood flow. Blood vessels will dilate and improve blood circulation in the tissue. Objective: This study aims to describe the analysis of nursing care for Mr. T's gastritis problem with the intervention of applying a warm compress. The assessment was carried out through interviews and observations as well as physical examinations, and the following nursing diagnoses were obtained: acute pain related to gastric mucosal inflammation (D.0077), anxiety related to changes in health status, threat of death, and pain (D.0015), and knowledge deficit related to the family's lack of exposure to information. The implementation was carried out at the client's home for 3 days with the application of warm compresses to reduce pain. Warm water compress therapy as a home care intervention can be an alternative to reduce pain in patients with gastritis.
