Eksplorasi Trend Manajemen Nyeri Persalinan Menggunakan Analisis Bibliometrik

Abstract

Abstrak.

Latar Belakang: Study eksplorasi trend manajemen nyeri persalinan semakin meningkat. Pada 3 tahun terakhir kenaikan rata-rata hingga 10% pertahunnya. Dalam study ke depan, peneliti membutuhkan informasi mengenai trend dan hal-hal baru untuk study ini. Study ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi trend jumlah publikasi, trend jumlah kutipan, jurnal dengan jumlah publikasi terbanyak, visualisasi jaringan, visualisasi overlay dan visualisasi densitas pada topik trend manajemen nyeri persalinan melalui analisis bibliometrik. Metode: desain penelitian ini menggunakan analisis bibliometrik. Pada study ini data diidentifikasi melalui database https://app.dimensions.ai/ yang kemudian diseleksi menggunakan diagram alir PRISMA. Publikasi yang digunakan dalam study ini dibatasi dari tahun 2018 sampai 2023, dengan fokus di bidang health sciences, clinical sciences, nursing, human society dan jenis publikasi berupa artikel. Study ini menggunakan data analisis VOSviewer. Hasil: Pencarian publikasi tentang eksplorasi trend manajemen nyeri persalinan menghasilkan 1,499 publikasi artikel. Setelah disaring melalui kriteria yang ditentukan, jumlah artikel yang diperoleh adalah 217 artikel. Puncak publikasi tentang trend manajemen nyeri persalinan terjadi pada tahun 2021. Sementara itu, jumlah publikasi terendah  terjadi pada tahun 2019. Selain itu, trend manajemen nyeri persalinan saat ini menggunakan penerapan manajemen nyeri non-farmakologi seperti pijat, yoga, visual analog scale, akupresur. Kesimpulan: study ekplorasi trend manajemen nyeri persalinan merupakan topik yang harus dikembangkan lebih lanjut di berbagai negara. Saran untuk study lain: pilihlah tema yang termasuk dalam katagori visualisasi yang belum banyak diteliti untuk menemukan hal baru untuk study selanjutnya.

Background: Study of exploration labor pain management trends is increasing. In the last 3 years, the average increase is up to 10% per year. In future studies, researchers need information about trends and new things for this study. This study aims to explore trends in the number of publications, trends in the number of citations, journals with the highest number of publications, network visualization, overlay visualization and density visualization on the topic of exploration labor pain management trends through bibliometric analysis. Methods: This research design uses bibliometric analysis. In this study, data were identified through the https://app.dimensions.ai/ database and then selected using the PRISMA flow chart. The publications used in this study were limited from 2018 to 2023, with a focus on health sciences, clinical sciences, nursing, human society, and the type of publication in the form of articles. This study used VOSviewer data analysis. Results: The search for publications on labor pain management exploration trends resulted in 1,499 published articles. After filtering through the specified criteria, the number of articles obtained was 217 articles. The peak of publications on labor pain management exploration trends occurred in 2021. Meanwhile, the lowest number of publications occurred in 2019. In addition, the current exploration trend of labor pain management uses the application of non-pharmacological pain management such as massage, yoga, visual analog scale, acupressure. Conclusion: the study of exploration labor pain management trends is a topic that should be further developed in various countries. Suggestions for other studies: choose a theme that falls into the category of visualization that has not been widely researched to find new things for future studies.
