Faktor-Faktor Yang Berhubugan Dengan Pemberian ASI Eksklusif Oleh Ibu Usia Remaja Pada Bayi Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Limboto

Pemberian ASI Eksklusif di Indonesia masih tergolong rendah. Pada ibu dalam usia remaja <20 tahun, perkembangan fisik, psikologis, sosial belum siap sehingga dapat mempengaruhi dalam pemberian ASI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Apa saja Faktor-Faktor Yang Berhubungan dengan Pemberian ASI Eksklusif Oleh Ibu Usia Remaja Pada Bayi 0-6 Bulan di Puskesmas Limboto. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitaif dengan desain analitik korelatif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu Primipara yang berusia 15-19 tahun sebanyak 30 orang dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel Total Sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi Square, dengan kuisioner sebagai media. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 12 responden (40%) ibu usia 15-19 tahun memiliki pengetahuan baik tentang pemberian ASI Ekslusif, 9 responden (30%) cukup, dan 9 responden (30%) masih kurang. Sebanyak 18 responden (60%) ibu usia remaja mendapatkan dukungan keluarga dan 12 responden (40%) tidak mendapatkan dukungan keluarga. Ibu usia remaja yang mendapatkan sumber informasi tentang pemberian ASI Ekslusif sebanyak 18 responden (60%) dan 12 responden (40%) tidak mendapatkan sumber informasi. Sebanyak 17 responden (56,7%) ibu usia remaja memiliki pendapatan <Rp. 500.00 dan 13 responden (43,3%) memiliki pendapatan Rp. 500.000- Rp. 1.000.000. Penelitian ini diharapakan dapat digunakan dan menjadi acuan untuk ibu usia remaja agar tetap memberikan ASI Ekslusif kepada bayi.

Exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia is still relatively low. In mothers aged <20 years, their physical, psychological and social development is not yet ready, which can affect breastfeeding. This study aims to find out what factors are associated with exclusive breastfeeding by teenage mothers for babies 0-6 months at the Limboto Community Health Center. This research method uses a quantitative research type with a correlative analytical design with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study was all 30 Primipara mothers aged 15-19 years using the Total Sampling sampling technique. Data analysis used the Chi Square test, with questionnaires as the medium. The results of the study showed that 12 respondents (40%) mothers aged 15-19 years had good knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding, 9 respondents (30%) had enough, and 9 respondents (30%) still had less. A total of 18 respondents (60%) of teenage mothers received family support and 12 respondents (40%) did not receive family support. Teenage mothers who received a source of information about exclusive breastfeeding were 18 respondents (60%) and 12 respondents (40%) did not receive a source of information. A total of 17 respondents (56.7%) teenage mothers had income <Rp. 500.00 and 13 respondents (43.3%) had an income of Rp. 500,000- Rp. 1,000,000. It is hoped that this research can be used and become a reference for teenage mothers to continue providing exclusive breast milk to babies aged 0-6 months.
