Abstract

Emotional mental disorders are one of the most pressing issues faced by global society today. This can happen because lack of awareness, and limited access to mental health services. The solution to this problem is to build an early detection system emotional mental disorders in society. Objectives of this research early detection of emotional mental disorders using methods use of the SRQ (Self-Reporting Questionnaire) instrument in the work area Limboto Health Center, Gorontalo Regency. This research method is descriptive observational research quantitative approach. The population in this research is all respondents Get your health checked at the Limmoto Community Health Center, Gorontalo Regency totaling 145 people. Next, use Accidental Sampling with The sample was 106 people. The results of this study show that the prevalence of mental disorders emotions in the Limboto Community Health Center Working Area, Gorontalo Regency are amounting to 22 respondents (20.8%), with domains or aspects of energy behavior 69 people (57.5%), physiological 74 people (58.7%), cognitive 16 people (61.5%), depression 16 people (34.0%), and anxiety 51 people (53.1%). It is hoped that this research can become referral for the Limboto Community Health Center for early detection of emotional mental disorders which requires immediate treatment.
