Gambaran Kemampuan Perawat Dalam Pelaksanaan Asuhan Keperawatan Di Ruang Rawat Inap
Abstract
Nursing care is a nursing process consisting of diagnoses, interventions, implementations and evaluations that are given directly to the client (patient). One part of health workers who provide nursing services is a nurse by providing nursing care in accordance with procedures. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of nurses in the implementation of nursing care in the Melati room of the Kendari City Hospital. The type of research used is quantitative with a descriptive design involving 54 nurses based on purposive sampling technique. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Analysis of the data used is the frequency distribution. The results showed that the role of nurses based on a good assessment was 40 people (74.1%) and 14 people were lacking (25.9%), based on a good diagnosis as many as 38 people (70.4%) and 16 people lacking. people (29.6%), based on good planning as many as 47 people (87%) and less than 7 people (13%), based on good implementation as many as 48 people (8.9%) and 6 people lacking ( 11.1%) and based on a good evaluation as many as 48 people (8.9%) and less than 6 people (11.1%). The conclusion in this study is that the nursing care applied by nurses is included in the good category. It is recommended for nurses to carry out nursing care both in terms of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
